Pay a Bill

Your High-Interest Savings Account is designed as an investment tool, not to conduct day-to-day business. However, you have the convenience of electronic bill payment if you choose. To pay bills from a list of over 6000 local and national vendors, online or by phone, simply use Online Banking or Telephone Banking to set up and pay your bills.

Paying your bills using Online Banking

Adding bill payees from our list of over 6000 local and national vendors
  1. Log in to Online Banking using the Login button on the right side of the web page.
  2. Click on the Payments tab at the top of the Online Banking page, and choose Manage Bill Payees to add, change or delete bill payees. Any changes you make through Online Banking will also take effect in Telephone Banking, and vice versa.
  3. If the vendor you want to pay is not on our vendor listing, you can contact an Outlook Financial Representative and request that the vendor be added to our vendor list.

After you've added your personal list of bill payees, you can then select Pay Bills to pay your bills, or choose one of the other options such as Recurring Bills to schedule recurring payments, or Scheduled Payments to set up future-dated payments.
