MAKE A TAX FREE SAVINGS ACCOUNT (TFSA) WITHDRAWAL

You can withdraw any amount from your TFSA at any time without paying tax on the principal or any accumulated investment gains. 

To withdraw funds from a TFSA Savings Account or TFSA Fixed GIC

• Complete and submit our online Tax Free Savings Plan Withdrawal Form.

Important Notes:

• Fixed GICs are not eligible for early redemption and must remain invested until the expiry of the selected term.
• Your withdrawal request will be completed within 1 business day of receipt. Log in to online banking to verify your withdrawal.

To withdraw funds from a TFSA Cashable GIC

• Contact an Outlook Financial Representative at 1.877.958.7333.

Important Notes:

• You can access funds from your TFSA Cashable GIC (in whole or in part) any time prior to the maturity date subject to the early-withdrawal interest rate (1%).
• Partial withdrawals are subject to a $1000 minimum withdrawal amount and a minimum remaining balance of $1000.
• Your request will be completed within 1 business day. Log in to online banking to verify your withdrawal.

• Excess contribution on TFSA pledged as loan collateral
• Marriage/relationship breakdown
• TFSA holder deceased
