If your Personal Access Code and debit card number has been stolen, and your Online Banking is no longer secure

Many fraudulent emails and websites impersonate a financial institution and get you to reveal passwords and account numbers. At Outlook Financial, we will never ask you for your passwords nor ask you to reveal personal information in an email. As soon as you suspect you are a victim of fraud, secure your banking information.

  1. Contact an Outlook Financial representative immediately at 1.877.958.7333.
After hours, call 1.800.567.8111 (toll-free number to report lost or stolen cards) and cancel your debit card.
  2. If you contacted us, we will change your Personal Access Code and address any concerns you may have.
If you used the after-hours toll-free number to cancel your debit card in order to protect your account, call us the next business day and we will replace your card, give you a new PAC, and address any concerns you may have.
  3. Once you get your new debit card, log in to Online Banking using your new card number and the PAC we supply to you.
