Me2Me transfers no longer available as of June 11, 2026
Effective June 11, 2026, Me2Me transfers will be discontinued through Outlook Financial digital banking, as this service will no longer be supported.
Members can continue to transfer funds to and from another Canadian financial institution using other available options, including:
- Interac eTransfers®
- Cheque deposits - write a cheque from your Outlook Financial account and deposit it into your account at another financial institution, including through Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. To order cheques please visit Order Cheques webpage.
- Automated transfers - initiated by your other financial institution if the service is available
Reminder: Outlook Financial account holders receive one free debit per month. Automated transfers and cheque transactions are included as part of the one free debit per month. Fees associated with additional debits will be applied as per Service Fees. Interac eTransfers® are $1.50 per transaction. Fees for cheque orders vary depending on the style and quantity of the cheques you order. Contact us for details.
What you need to know
Members can continue using the Me2Me Transfer Now option until 10:00 p.m. CDT on June 11, 2026.
If you have any future-dated or recurring Me2Me transfers scheduled after June 11, 2026, they will not go through.
