To speed the application process and get your money working for you sooner, be sure you:
- Complete both sides of the Member Application Form in full. Check to see that you’ve included your Social Insurance Number, birth date and complete address.
- Compete the joint member section if applicable.
- Sign and date the Application Form (include both signatures for joint).
- Complete a Designation of Beneficiary Form if you are naming a beneficiary.
- Complete in full, sign and include all other applicable forms. If you’re not sure you’ve included everything you need, go back to review the Open Your Account section or contact us.
- Depending on what type of account you’ve requested, include a personalized cheque marked "void", a Direct Transfer-In Form and/or a Deposit Form.
Once you have completed all the appropriate forms and ensured all necessary enclosures have been included, use the self-addressed, postage-paid envelope to send your information to us.
