Set up Online & Telephone Banking
Have access to your accounts when you need it, 24 hours a day, through Online Banking and Telephone Banking.
You require a Member Card to take advantage of these services. If you do not have a Member Card, our representatives would be happy to order one for you. Call us at (1.877) 958.7333.
To start using Online Banking and Telephone Banking:
- Contact an Outlook representative at (1.877) 958.7333.
- We will set you up with your Personal Access Code (PAC) and answer any questions you have to get you started.
- Log in to Online Banking or Telephone Banking using your Member Card number and your new PAC.
- Change your PAC to a value known only to you.
