EXISTING MEMBERS

If you already have a RRSP plan with Outlook Financial, you can simply purchase another GIC or make a contribution to your RRSP savings account.

To open a RRSP Plan

1. Complete the RRSP Application Form. Please note that you will require Adobe Reader to complete PDF forms. The PDF Reader is available from Adobe, which is a third party service provider. You will exit the Outlook Financial website and open a new browser tab by clicking on the following link. To proceed, download the free PDF reader here [acrobat.adobe.com].

   Print, sign and date the form, and send by mail to the following address:
   
     Outlook Financial
     Box 2, Station Main
     Winnipeg MB R3C 2G1

2. To invest your funds in a Fixed GIC
   Log in to online banking to verify the RRSP savings account has been opened. Once verified complete and submit our online Deposit Form to provide your investment instructions.

Important Notes:

• To assign someone other than your Estate as the beneficiary of your registered plan, please complete a Designation of Beneficiary form.
• Your RRSP will be opened within 2 business days after receiving your application.

If you would like to transfer in an existing RRSP from another financial institution, complete a Direct Transfer-In form and include it with your application.
