As soon as we receive your completed application and funds, we’ll open your Outlook Financial account and send you a Welcome Kit in the mail containing:

• Your Member Card (debit card) 
• The Outlook Member Guide to accessing and managing your accounts, and information about CU@HOME Internet banking, Outlook-by-Phone and more. 
• Extra Deposit Forms and return envelopes if you’ve requested them.

Your security package containing the PIN for your debit card will be sent to you under separate cover. Your cheques will also be mailed to you separately.

You must call us when you receive your security package so we can activate electronic access to your accounts.
