Bill Payment

Bill Payment Online or by Phone
Your High Interest Savings Account is designed as an investment tool, not to conduct day-to-day business. However, you have the convenience of electronic bill payment if you choose. To pay bills from a list of 800 local and national vendors, online or by phone, simply call us or register via this website.

Registering for Bill Payment
Call our Communication Centre and request a Bill Payment Registration Form or use the online Bill Payment Registration Form. Once you have submitted the registration form, wait two business days and you’re ready to start paying bills either by phone or online through CU@HOME.

Modifying Your Bill Payment List
Outlook updates the listing of available vendors regularly and keeps the current list on our website. Once you are registered for bill payment, additions or modifications to your listing can be done immediately on Outlook-by-Phone or CU@HOME (https://cuathome.net/outlook).

Paying Your Bills
If you want to pay your bills by phone, call Outlook-by-Phone and a recorded voice will lead the way to bill payment. After accessing your account information with your Personal Access Code, you will be asked to enter the last 3 digits of the account number you wish to use. You will be given a trace number in case you need to refer back to the transaction.

You can now use voice recognition to pay your bills. When you press "5" for the Bill Payment feature, simply say "Pay a Bill" and follow the prompts where you can say which bill, how much, and from which account.

If you want to pay via the Internet, log on to CU@HOME (https://cuathome.net/outlook). The bill-payment function is easy to find, and easy to use.
