Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Assiniboine Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 to:
1. transact the annual business of Assiniboine Credit Union, namely, to:
| (a) receive and consider the report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009 and the report of the auditor thereon; | |
| (b) announce the results of the election of four (4) directors to the Board of Directors; and | |
| (c) appoint the auditor. |
2. announce the results of the vote held on the resolution to approve By-Law No. 2010/01 as an amending by-law to amend the by-laws of Assiniboine Credit Union in order to increase the maximum number of associates to 25% of members; to grandfather existing joint memberships and joint associates, and to prohibit future joint memberships and joint associates;
3. announce the results of the vote held on the resolution to direct the ACU board to explore alternate credit card service providers for members; and
4. transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
By-Law No. 2010/01, as well as the text of the resolution to approve the said By-Law No. 2010/01, and the text of the resolution to direct the board to seek an alternate credit card service provider for members, are provided on the Matters to be Voted On page, and are considered to form part of this notice.
