Elections 2010
How to Cast Your Ballot
This year, individual members have the option of voting either online or by mail-in ballot. To help us reduce our impact on the environment, please consider voting online. Bodies Corporate and Associations must vote by mail-in ballot, but we encourage all other eligible members to follow the simple steps to casting your vote online.
You may cast your vote on one, two, or all three of the matters to be voted upon, as you so choose.
Election of Directors
You can vote for four, or fewer than four, but not more than four candidates. Simply mark your ballot beside the name(s) of the candidate(s) you wish to vote for.
Two Resolutions
For the vote on each of the two proposed resolutions, you can vote in favour or against either or both resolutions OR you can choose not to vote on either or both resolutions, in which case you will be considered to have abstained from the vote on the resolution(s) and your ballot(s) will not be counted. If you wish to vote in favour of a resolution, mark your ballot YES. If you wish to vote against a resolution, mark your ballot NO.
