Voter Confidentiality

No one at Assiniboine Credit Union will have access to the ballots. All votes, whether online or by mail, will be received and tabulated by our independent scrutineers, ensuring voter confidentiality. The results will be announced at our Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2013. Following the Annual General Meeting, all ballots will be destroyed by our independent scrutineers. There will not be voting on the election of directors at the Annual General Meeting, except in the event of a tie for the last available position on the board, in which case, a vote to break the tie will be held at the meeting.
