Deposit money
by automatic funds transfer from another financial institution
You can transfer money to your Outlook Financial account using regularly scheduled transfers or one-time transfers.
Regularly scheduled transfers
To set up, change, or cancel regularly scheduled transfers from another Canadian financial institution:
- Complete our online Funds Transfer Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement form.
- If you are changing or cancelling a transfer, simply submit your form to us online.
- If you are setting up a new transfer, print, sign and date the form, (you may also save a copy for your records) and mail the form to us with a void cheque from the account you wish to transfer from. Send to:

Your request will be completed within 3 business days.
Please note:
- Once the transfer is set up, it can take up to 4 business days for your transfer to take effect.
- The minimum amount you can transfer is $25.00.
- If you have provided an email address on the Automatic Transfer form, we will confirm the completion of your request by email.
One-time transfer
Want an easy way to transfer funds from another financial institution to Outlook with just a phone call? If you would like to have the flexibility to do transfers on demand:
- Complete our online Automatic Transfer form, and select Set up a New Telephone Transfer.
- Print, sign and date the form. You may also save a copy for your records.
- Mail the form to us with a void cheque from the account you wish to transfer from. Send to:

Your request will be completed within 3 business days.
Once the transfer information is set up, simply call us whenever you would like to transfer funds to Outlook from this account.
Please note:
- The minimum amount per transfer is $1000.
- There is a 10-day hold on new Outlook deposits.
- If you have provided an email address on the Automatic Transfer form, we will confirm the completion of your request by email.
