Mobile App Update August 22, 2022.

Effective August 22, 2022, the next time you log in to your Outlook Financial digital banking account, you will be prompted to upgrade to the latest version of the Outlook Financial app.

Whether you use iOS or Android versions, you will be prompted to follow links to the Outlook Financial app in your app store, and you can download the upgraded version from there.

To upgrade directly:

  • iOS users: go to the App Store on your device and search for “Outlook Financial”
  • Android users: go to your Google app store and search for “Outlook Financial”

Do I have to upgrade?
The current app will continue to work for a period of time, but at some point you will no longer be able to access your Outlook Financial accounts without the upgrade.

Do I need to do anything else?
No, updating the app will not change your username or password. After you’ve updated, you’ll be able to log in like you normally do.
