Important Planned Banking Service Interruptions Scheduled for June 10 – 11

Merger Resource Centre

We’re getting stronger by coming together.

As we move to the next phase of the Entegra and Assiniboine Credit Union merger, we will be working to bring the Outlook and Implicity banking systems together to enable banking across a common platform. We will be integrating our existing systems over the weekend of Friday, June 10 to Saturday, June 11.
We’re working hard to minimize the impact of this conversion, but there is important information you need to know about merger weekend. There are planned service interruptions that will affect both Outlook and Implicity account holders, and some interruptions that will only affect Implicity Financial account holders. Please take time to review all the information below to ensure you’re aware of what affects you.

Upcoming banking service interruptions.

During the week of June 6 to 11, banking services will be temporarily interrupted as we work behind the scenes to bring our systems together.

*Digital banking refers to accessing online banking, the mobile app, and all digital banking features.
**Point of Sale (POS) payments with your debit card and access to your accounts through ATMs will be extremely limited throughout the weekend. We highly recommend that you have alternative methods of payment, such as credit cards or cash withdrawn in advance, available to use throughout the weekend.

Our Member Communication Centre will be open with regular business hours to answer questions about the service interruptions, however, because our banking system will be down for a portion of the time, representatives will not be able to process transactions on behalf of account holders, or review account activity.
