When you call us to activate your Member Card, we’ll provide you with a 7-digit Personal Access Code (PAC) that is your key to taking advantage of all Outlook-by-Phone has to offer. It’s also your key to privacy and security, so it’s best to memorize it and not share it with anyone.

Using Outlook-by-Phone is as easy as following the prompts. If you prefer, you can speak directly with an Outlook Financial Representative.
