  • Print statement listings over a 12-month period (shown in 45-day segments)
  • Pay bills and view your updated accounts at the same time
  • Add and delete vendors
  • Download your statements to your accounting program

The Essentials
To use CU@HOME, you need:

  • An Outlook Financial Member Card
  • A secret password for security
  • A personal computer with a minimum 800x600 display resolution
  • A modem or some form of access to the Internet
  • A web browser with 128-bit encryption such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or 6.0) or Netscape Navigator/Communicator (version 4.77 or 6.1) for Windows; and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1 or Netscape 6.1 for Macintosh Classic OS.

Security is Key
When you call Outlook to activate your Member Card, we’ll also set you up for Internet banking and discuss your password with you. In addition to your Member Card and secret password we secure your account information with 128-bit encryption. If you do not have 128-bit encryption, follow the download instructions on the login page or try the following:

Getting Started
From Outlook’s website home page, www.outlookfinancial.com, click on “CU@HOME Login” or type Outlook’s CU@HOME address in the location field of your browser: https://cuathome.net/outlook (notice the “at” is spelled out in the address).

Once you arrive, you will see the Member login screen. The first box is for the number on your Member Card (no spaces). The second box is your password. Once you login, a screen will appear, prompting you to change your password. As both a security precaution and a technical requirement of CU@HOME, you must change your password the first time you login. If you get an error message after you type your password indicating you need to upgrade your browser to 128-bit encryption, follow the instructions outlined above.

Ongoing Support
If you need technical support, contact the CU@HOME experts at 1-888-230-2830 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or e-mail support@creditunion.mb.ca.
